Payment Policies
For all of our customers ordering from the United States or Canada we will accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and Pay-Pal for online orders. We except bank or Western Union issued money orders (only) for non credit card orders. You must contact us for special arrangements on all Sullivan handmade guitar orders. (see details below) When a purchase is made within the state of Tennessee a 9.25% state sales tax will apply.
For International Ordering
For all international orders you must contact us first. Payments on international orders will only be accepted in the form of an international wire transfer or international money order. All wire transfers and international money orders must clear before shipments are made. All applicable tariffs and shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
Paying With Credit Cards
The name and address where the order is being shipped must match the name and address of the credit card owner. If the shipping address is different than the card holders address, payments must be made by bank or Western Union issued money order or Pay Pal.
Policy For Purchasing a Sullivan Handmade Guitar
Because we know how important it is for the purchaser of a high end, handmade guitar to be able to see and play the guitar in person, we've made special arrangements to accommodate that need. We will send a guitar (free shipping) anywhere in the continental U.S for a 72 hour approval period with the guitar being pre-paid by bank or Western Union issued money order or by Pay-Pal. (no credit cards please) If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with the guitar, contact us before the end of the 72 hour approval period for return instructions. You must receive prior approval before making a return and get proper shipping instructions. Returned guitars are the responsibility of the buyer until it is received by Acoustic Guitar Corner.com. All shipping costs on returned guitars, to and from the buyer, will be the buyers responsibility. The guitar must be received in a new and resalable condition and in the original packing. Any return arrangements made after the 72 hour approval period will be charged an additional 3.5% restocking fee. When we receive the guitar and determine that it is in an undamaged condition, we will issue a refund minus any shipping charges, late fees or the cost of any damage repairs if applicable.
Warranty Info For Sullivan Guitars
All sullivan guitars have a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship to the original purchaser. Guitars are not warranted against mis-use. neglect, or damage due to excessive exposure to extreme temperature or humidity changes. Guitars are also not warranted against normal wear in regards to frets, tuners, strings and cases. You must contact Sullivan Guitars directly on all warranty issues.
Return Policy
At Acoustic Guitar Corner.com we are working with several suppliers and warehouses that all have very specific return policies. Most suppliers require a [ RMA ] Return Merchandise Authorization. If you need to return something you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your merchandise and we will give you the return instructions that apply. All sales will be final 7 days from customers receipt of merchandise..
Close outs are sold " As Is No Returns ". Normal care is taken to assure that descriptions of product condition are accurate at the time of shipment.
Backorder Policy
Unfortunately, backorders are sometimes unavoidable. Items which are temporally out of stock will be backordered unless your account is placed on "No backorder" status.
Acoustic Guitar Corner.com will automatically ship backorders as soon as the merchandise is available. Backorders below $50.00 may take longer due to suppliers requirements.
Shipping Policies
As soon as we receive an order we will passed it on to our shippers within 24 to 48 hours after credit card information has been verified, a bank or Western Union money order has been received or payment made to a Pay-Pal account can be verified. Packages will be shipped UPS ground and should be received within 3 to 5 business days. Shipping on all international orders must be verified by contacting us via E-mail or telephone prior to shipping.
Videos and DVDs will be shipped via media mail for $3.00 or less for a single video. Priority 1st class mail, at customers request, for $7.00 per single video.
Damaged Goods Policy
If you receive a package that has obvious and extensive damage to the outer packing, document the damage in writing or take a photograph if possible and contact us within 3 days of receiving your merchandise. If the merchandise inside the package is damaged we will give you the return instructions that apply. All sales will be final 7 days from customers receipt of merchandise.
Warranty Info On L.R.Baggs
LR Baggs warrants to the using purchaser that this product shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal and proper use for a period of one (1) year. If you experience problems with your Baggs product, please contact your dealer. LR Baggs agrees to repair or replace defective products subject to all of the following conditions.
A. Defective product and a brief written description of the problem shall be returned (transportation prepaid) by the dealer to the factory in Nipomo, CA, only after the dealer has obtained a return authorization number.
B. Inspection shall disclose to the satisfaction of the manufacturer, LR Baggs, that the product has not been altered, repaired, mis-used, or accidentally damaged by improper installation.
After a period of one (1) year, damaged or defective goods may be returned to the LR Baggs return department. If deemed repairable, there will be a minimum $65 repair and labor fee assessed.
